Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Mervani, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
